Dear Friends,
In today's Gospel, Jesus tells us that where the body is there the eagles gather. As eagles can sense where a body corpse is and readily gather around it to feed on it, so the elect gather around the Body of Jesus Christ. The true Catholics gather around Jesus in His Sacrifice of the Holy Mass and there they receive the eternal life-giving Body of Jesus Christ to be food for their souls.
Wherever the True Sacrifice of the Mass is offered Jesus is made present and He offers Himself in an unbloody Sacrifice, through His priest, for us. Catholics have always held this to be undeniably true. We receive the Body of Jesus so that we may have eternal life. He has made it very clear that unless we eat His Body and drink His Blood, we shall not have life in us. Protestants have fought against this doctrine, denying both the real Presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist and the continuation of the Sacrifice of Calvary in the Sacrifice of the Mass.
The devils are filled with an unspeakable hatred for Jesus Christ and His Church, and they have never stopped in their efforts to destroy the Mass. The many heretics are all followers of demons to one degree or another. The Church in her exorcism prayers addresses the devil as the teacher of all heresies.
The goal of the devils as seen in the works of the Protestants, Modernists, and heretics of every shade or color, is very clear reject and destroy the Eucharistic Presence of Jesus, His perpetual Sacrifice in the Mass, and the receiving of His life-giving Body.
With demonic aid, Modernists have put on the guise of Catholicism and gradually brought about drastic changes in belief, doctrine, rites, and practices. Most Catholics were led astray from the true Catholic Faith, teachings, sacraments, and prayers. Though they still bear the name of "Catholic," they hold, believe and practice demonic Protestant ideas especially concerning the Sacrifice of the Mass and Our Lord's Eucharistic Presence.
Most Modernist "Catholics" believe that the Mass is a memorial meal commemorating the Last Supper. Very many (including some "priests") believe that Jesus' presence in the Holy Eucharist is merely symbolic. Tables for a meal have replaced altars for Sacrifice. Tabernacles reserving the Holy Eucharist have been removed or pushed out of the way in a corner. Eucharistic worship is dead or dying in these many Modernist Churches.
Under, undoubtedly, demonic influence the Modernists have changed the rites as well as the understanding and belief of all the sacraments. We now must question whether the minimal necessary intention is ever-present in the Modernist Church. Do their "priests" have the minimal intention for Transubstantiation — to change bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ? Do their "bishops" have the intention to ordain priests to offer Sacrifice or do they only intend to ordain a presider over a memorial meal?
With the removal of the Eucharistic Presence and Sacrifice from once Catholic Churches a void or desolation has been created. The House of God has been turned into a desert. However, there are no vacuums. When God is driven out, the devils immediately move in. Without the worship of God in His Eucharistic Presence, the worship of the Modernists is soon turned toward Humanism or self-worship. The worship of anyone or anything in the place of God is idolatry. Every idol is an abomination.
In many once Catholic Churches, which used to be Houses of God and holy places, we now find the Abomination of Desolation standing in the Holy Place. The renewal of the Sacrifice of Calvary has been replaced with a picnic lunch. The worship of God has been replaced by the demonically inspired worship of Man. The seriousness and solemnity of offering the most Holy Sacrifice to God have been replaced with a party like celebration.
Our Lord warned the people that when they observed the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the Prophet standing in the Holy Place they should flee to the mountains because the destruction is near. The physical destruction of the Temple and Jerusalem should represent to us the spiritual destruction (desolation) that has/is taking place in our own times. We must not remain in places that are no longer Houses of God. When we observe the Abomination (worship of Man) standing in the place that only belongs to God we must flee as quickly as possible if we wish to escape eternal death. If we are to live, we must gather only where the True Body of Jesus is present and there truly worship Him and strive to worthily receive Him in Holy Communion. Where the Body is there the eagles gather.
