The six-pointed star is a symbol of the occult. It is the star of the pagan goddess Astarte. It has nothing to do with the Old Testament other than to be noted as the symbol of degenerate Solomon's pagan religion. Together with the five-pointed star, it is intimately bound up with witchcraft.
After the flood, when God punished the entire human race for its debased descent into crass idolatry, despite the fact that only eight people were spared, it was not long when these began to people the earth once again and once again the demonic surfaced in the subconscious recesses of the soul and turned again to Satan.
The project to build the tower of Babel had nothing to do with any idea of "reaching to the heavens" simply as a kind of symbol of independence from God. On the contrary, the tower was a ziggurat, a tower apparently quite common in Babylonia. At the top of this tower which was staged and had stairs along the outside walls was a shrine to their pagan god. It was here that astrology was practiced. More precisely, Webster's dictionary describes the ziggurat as follows:
"A temple tower of the Babylonians, consisting of a lofty pyramidal structure, built in successive stages, with outside staircases, and a shrine at the top."
If we examine the one-dollar denomination of United States currency which was designed to embody Freemasonry symbolism, we find on the reverse side two symbols. To the left, there is a pyramid the top of which shows a smaller pyramid with an eye within it. The `eye' is the all-seeing eye of the pagan god enshrined at the top of the ziggurat.
What in the world would a Babylonian religious image be doing on the currency of the United States? At the base of the pyramid are the Latin words: Novus ordo seclorum _ New Order of the World. This is the reverse of the Great Seal of the United States.
The obverse (front side) depicts an eagle above which is an emblem of stars. But, here again we encounter something quite foreign to our Western and American ideology: the stars are so arranged that they form a cryptic six-pointed star _ the symbol of the pagan goddess Astarte in whose honor Solomon built a temple!
Then, too, the next time you see a sheriff's car or anyone wearing the badge of the sheriff's department, observe how the star is in the shape of the inverted six-pointed star!
Are these symbols that are so closely united to our government and the government police agency merely a co-incidence?
It would be quite strange that such "co-incidences" appear on such important representations of our government: the sheriff's department; the Great Seal of the United States.
This same six-pointed star can be found on some of the oldest civil buildings in England.
Returning again to the tower of Babel, we see in the Old Testament that God punished the tower-builders by confounding their language. This destroyed the unity among the builders and the project had to be abandoned.
What is of particular interest here is the fact that the purpose of the tower was not a symbol of pride as much as a practical observatory for the practice of astrology!
The Bible punishes those who give themselves up to occult sins with capital punishment. We read in the Book of Exodus: "Thou shalt not suffer a sorceress to live." (Exodus 22,17).
God used the Israelites to punish the Canaanites because of their occult practices: "When you come into the land which the Lord, your God, is giving you, you shall not learn to imitate the abominations of the peoples there. Let there not be found among you anyone who immolates his son or daughter in the fire, nor a fortune-teller, soothsayer, charmer, diviner, or caster of spells, nor one who consults ghosts and spirits or seeks oracles from the dead.
Anyone who does such things is an abomination to the Lord, and because of such abominations the Lord, your God, is driving these nations out of your way. You, however, must be altogether sincere toward the Lord, your God. Though these nations whom you are to dispossess listen to their soothsayers and fortunetellers, the Lord, your God, will not permit you to do so."(Deuter. 18, 9-14).
Saul was ignominiously punished by God for having consulted the witch of Endor ( I Samuel 28, 7-25). Saul had previously put out all the magicians and soothsayers from the land. But now, as he prepared to face the army of the Philistines, he was afraid. Instead of trusting in God, he turned to the woman soothsayer: "And the Philistines were gathered together and came and camped in Sunam; and Saul also gathered together all Israel, and came to Gelboe.
And Saul saw the army of the Philistines, and was afraid, and his heart was very much dismayed. And he consulted the Lord, and he answered him not, neither by dreams nor by priests, nor by prophets.
And Saul said to his servants: Seek me a woman that hath a divining spirit, and I will go to her, and inquire by her. And his servants said to him: There is a woman that hath a divining spirit at Endor.
Then he disguised himself, and put on other clothes, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night, and he said to her: Divine to me by thy divining spirit, and bring me up him whom I shall tell thee. And the woman said to him: Behold thou knowest all that Saul hath done, and how he hath rooted out the magicians and soothsayers from the land. Why then dost thou lay a snare for my life, to cause me to be put to death? And Saul swore unto her by the Lord, saying: As the Lord liveth, there shall no evil happen to thee for this thing. And the woman said to him: Whom shall I bring up to thee? And he said: Bring me up Samuel."
How tragic! Even after Saul had done the noble deed of eliminating the magicians and soothsayers from the land, he returns like the dog to his vomit and seeks to know his future at the hands of a witch. His terrible end was brought upon him for his misdeeds and for consulting with the witch. Saul committed suicide. This did not spare the humiliation of his lifeless body. The Philistines found his body on mount Gelboe: "And they cut off Saul's head, and stripped him of his armor, and sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to publish it in the temples of their idols, and his armor in the temple of Astaroth, but his body they hung on the wall of Bethsan." (I Samuel 31,8-10).
In I Paralepomenon we read: "So Saul died for his iniquities, because he transgressed the commandment of the Lord, which he had commanded, and kept it not; and moreover, consulted also a witch. Therefore, he slew him, and transferred his kingdom to David the son of Isai."(10, 13).
The Scriptures tell us of Solomon's perfidy: "But Solomon worshipped Astarte the goddess of the Sidonians, and Moloch the idol of the Ammonites. And Solomon did that which was not pleasing before the Lord, and did not fully follow the Lord, as did David his father. Then Solomon built a temple for Chamos the idol of Moab, on the hill that is over against Jerusalem, and for Moloch the idol of the children of Ammon. And he did in this manner for all his wives that were strangers, who burnt incense, and offered sacrifice to their gods." (III Kings 11, 5-8).
Note once again: Solomon worshipped Astarte _ the goddess whose symbol is the six-pointed star. The hexagram has for this reason come to be called the "Seal of Solomon": A. This symbol, therefore, has nothing to do with the religion of the Old Testament. Rather, it has everything to do with a pagan religion absolutely opposed to the religion of the Old Testament. This is the basis of "Judaism": The worship of Astarte and Moloch; the use of sorcery and witchcraft; the use of horoscopes and astrology to divine the future. All these things and more are what the "Jewish" religion represents.
We are even warned in the Book of Leviticus: "Should anyone turn to mediums and fortune tellers and follow their wanton ways, I will turn against such a one and cut him off from his people." (Leviticus 10, 6).
It would do well for every Jew who thinks he or she follows the Old Testament to read Leviticus 20, 1-21.
God will not tolerate the kind of abominations that are receiving the sanction of law today. Whole nations were destroyed because they did not repent of their abominations. Sodom and Gomorrah were not spared because Abraham could not find ten righteous people in these cities.
A This symbol and insignia is used by those who would have us believe that they are the `chosen people' and that they are the `legitimate' residents of a land that belonged to the Palestinians for thousands of years.
When this hexagram (A) came to be considered Jewish is not very clear. The Jewish Encyclopedia would have us believe that it did not originate with Rabbinism and states that it most likely came from the Cabala. Now, the Cabala is the sum total of Jewish mysticism. Cabala (Kabbalah) is Judaism.
In an introduction to a work by Rabbi Philip S. Berg "Kabbalistic Astrology Made Easy" the author states:
"The wisdom of KABBALAH has remained inaccessible to the vast majority of people for a very long time; its study being confined, for the most part, to orthodox Jewish sects or students of rabbinical schools."
For those who uncritically accept the oft-repeated and insistent claim that "Christianity comes from Judaism" should consider the fact that both the Old Testament and the New Testament forcefully condemn sorcery, fortune-telling and all other forms of witchcraft. To claim that "Judaism" is the religion of the Old Testament is as absurd as saying that the sun revolves around the earth.
On the reverse cover of this above-mentioned book is the following statement:
"Kabbalistic Astrology is perhaps the oldest science known to man. It is light years ahead of conventional astrology in terms of its scope and power. Kabbalistic Astrology provides us with significant and consequential knowledge that opens the doors of opportunity, any opportunity, whether in personal relationships, business, marriage or general health and well-being."
It is further stated: "Throughout ancient times, many great sages utilized the power of Kabbalistic Astrology to reroute the course of human destiny. Yet only in this century has this knowledge been revealed publicly so that people everywhere can regain control and direction over their own fortunes in life."
It would seem that "Rabbinism" and "Kabbalah" are as inseparable as Catholicism and St.John of the Cross. Furthermore, there can be no doubt that the Kabbalah is an entire system of fatalistic fortune-telling. It is certainly "ancient" as much as the fall of mankind through Adam and Eve is very ancient.
According to the Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, this symbol appeared on synagogues from the 16th century on "when the influence of the Cabalist, Isaac Luria was spreading." And the Encyclopedia Judaica affirms that "In Arabic magic, the Seal of Solomon was widely used, but at first its use in Jewish circles was restricted to relatively rare cases as a talisman, it was common in many of the magical versions of the mezuzah which were widespread between the tenth and fourteenth centuries. In magical Hebrew manuscripts of the later Middle Ages, the hexagram for certain amulets."
This same encyclopedia continues: "The oldest known witness to the usage of the term (Magen Dawid) is the Kabbalistic Sefer ha-Gevul written by the grandson of Nahmanides in the early 14th century. The hexagram occurs there twice, both times called `magen david' and containing the same magical names as in the aforementioned amulet, demonstrating its direct connection with the magical tradition."
