Conversion of Israel

As a sign presaging the end of the world and thus, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ to judge the living and the dead, the `conversion of the Jews' is a very muddled sign indeed. The reason is mainly because most people do not have a clear idea who is represented by the term `Jew.' It was already pointed out in the previous issue (The Seraph, Vol. XVI, No. 9) that the source for this `sign' is St. Paul. It was further pointed out that St. Paul did not speak of `Jews' but of the tribes of Israel.

The Apocalypse speaks of the numbers of those among the elect in somewhat clear terms. Yet, nowhere do we find any reference to the `conversion of the Jews.'

In speaking of those to be saved (And, therefore, among the elect) are listed the following:

"And I heard the number of those who were sealed, a hundred and forty-four thousand sealed, out of every tribe of the children of Israel; of the tribe of Juda, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Ruben, twelve thousand; of the tribe Gad, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Aser, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Nephthali, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Manasses, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Issachar, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Zabulon, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Joseph, twelve thousand; of the tribe of Benjamin, twelve thousand sealed."

"After this, I saw a great multitude which no man could number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and with palms in their hands." (Apoc.7,4 -9).

Interesting to note in the above enumeration of the tribes of Israel is the absence of the tribe of Dan. Since the enumeration of the different tribes indicates those who are among the elect, there is cause to wonder at the fact that the tribe of Dan is not mentioned.

Since St. John is describing a vision depicting the elect, it would seem that there is more to the absence of the tribe of Dan than just oversight. Also, in view of the fact that the Holy Scriptures have God as their Author, we cannot add nor take away from what has been written. It can only mean that those of the tribe of Dan are either not among the elect, or, that by the time of the Last Judgment they will have ceased to exist as a tribe. It seems that we are justified in choosing the latter solution in view of the fact that the Scriptures tell us that the number sealed was "out of every tribe of the children of Israel." Obviously, if a tribe ceased to exist, much like the last of the Mohicans, the Scriptures would be accurate, for, you cannot elect that which is no longer in existence.

Are those who call themselves "Jews" today the real descendants of the tribe of Juda? Of course, we cannot subscribe to the arbitrary tactics of those who have taken the land of Palestine by force and intrigue as all "Jews" - as if there were only one tribe.

Now there is another possibility: Those who say they are "Jews" may well be of one tribe - but it would not be any of the twelve tribes. For this reason, we presume, Mr. Arthur Koestler names the present day "Jews" as the "Thirteenth Tribe". This, of course, means that they are not of any of the twelve tribes, but have declared themselves to be one of the tribes, in fact, all of the tribes rolled up into one!

The present day `Jew' is not a descendant of a tribe of Israel nor is he even a `Semite' such as the Arabs. This astounding revelation was made in a researched book by Arthur Koestler entitled "The Thirteenth Tribe" (Random House, 1976). This amazing book explodes the popular myth that those who practice the strange religion called "Judaism" are descendants of the tribe of Juda, and therefore have an ethnic claim to be the "Chosen People.'

Those who call themselves "Jews," are generally divided into two main groups: the Ashkenazim and the Sephardim.

Mr. Koestler describes the Sephardim as follows: "The Sephardim are descendants of the Jews who since antiquity had lived in Spain (in Sepharad) until they were expelled at the end of the fifteenth century and settled in the countries bordering on the Mediterranean, the Balkans, and to a lesser extent in Western Europe. They spoke a Spanish-Hebrew dialect, Ladino, and preserved their own traditions and religious rites. In the 1960's, the number of Sephardim was estimated at 500,000" (Koeslter, The Thirteenth Tribe, p. 181).

In the 1960s, however, the `Ashkenazim' numbered about eleven million, according to Koestler. These are the people who moved into Europe from the Caucasus. They were not descendants of the Hebrews of Judea nor Palestine. On the contrary, they were the descendants of Japheth at best.

Koestler must have checked this with the Book of Genesis and the recorded history of the Khazars who claim their descendancy from Ashkenaz.

The Ashkenazim are not (as the rabbinical tradition would have people believe) the equivalent to Germany. In fact, it is this rabbinical distortion that has created the myth of these peoples' true origin. Modern Jewry did not originate on the Rhine; it originated in that part of the world between Russia and Turkey.

It is also true that the word Ashkenaz in biblical Hebrew refers to a people living in what is called today Armenia. It is only the rabbis who have been trying to convince their people that they are `Germans' instead of cousins to the Turks.

The manner in which these peoples of Turkish origin became "Jews" in the ethnic sense is very interesting. Missionaries from the Roman Catholic Church labored to convert the Khazars to the Catholic faith. The Muslims were doing likewise, as were the Talmudists.

The Khazars, a race of Turkish stock, inhabited a strategic position between the Black Sea and the Caspian. The key location is where the great powers of the east confronted each other in that period of history.

Their presence there acted as an obstacle to the many barbarian tribes in the northern steppes from invading Byzantium. Among these barbarian tribes were the Bulgars, the Magyars (Hungarians), Pechengs, and others. Later, the Vikings and the Russians would follow these last mentioned.

The Khazar armies shut off the advance of Arab efforts to bring their Muslim religion into Eastern Europe.

In the early part of the 7th century, the Arabs advanced with almost no serious resistance northward, imposing their religion with the sword. They destroyed everything in their way. However, when they approached the Caucasus, they were met by the forces of the Khazar leaders and kept them from continuing their bloody march on Europe.

Professor Dunlop of Columbia University, an authority on the Khazars, states that the wars between the Arabs and the Khazars lasted for over an hundred years. Is it not surprising that little or no mention is ever made of this race of Turkish origin when treating that particular period of history?

How is it, then, that these people have been forgotten? The otherwise Muslims were halted and beaten back by these Khazars. Yet, despite the fact if it were not for the Khazar kingdom, all of Europe may be wearing the Muslim fez, these people are hardly known.

In 732, after a complete victory of the Khazars over the Arabs, the future Emperor Constantine V married a Khazar princess. Later, their son became the Emperor Leo IV and was known as `Leo the Khazar.'

Despite all this power and success, the Khazars finally suffered a total defeat in 737. However, the Arabs returned from the Caucasus to their own lands. The Khazars grew more powerful. It is said that around the year 740 A.D., the King and his entire court and the military ruling class embraced the Talmudic faith. We refrain from using the more familiar term `Jewish faith' for the simple reason that we do not wish to be a party to promoting the false idea that the Talmudist religion is somehow a religion connected with the tribe of Juda.

Nevertheless, the Talmudic religion became the state religion of Khazaria. It is said by Mr. Arthur Koestler that this fact caused much astonishment not only to the contemporaries of the Khazars but to all modern scholars when this became known to them in Arab, Byzantine, Russian and Hebrew sources.

The Hungarian Marxist historian, Dr. Antal Bartha, makes the following observation in his book The Magyar Society in the Eighth and Ninth Centuries when dealing with the Khazars:

"Our investigations cannot go into problems pertaining to the history of ideas, but we must call the reader's attention to the matter of the Khazar kingdom's state religion. It was the Jewish faith which became the official religion of the ruling strata of society. Needless to say, the acceptance of the Jewish faith as the state religion of an ethnically non-Jewish people could be the subject of interesting speculations. We shall, however, confine ourselves to the remark that this official conversion - in defiance of Christian proselytizing by Byzantium, the Muslim influence from the East and
in spite of the political pressure of these two powers - to a religion which had no support from any political power, but was persecuted by nearly all - has come as a surprise to all historians concerned with the Khazars, and cannot be considered as accidental, but must be regarded as a sign of the independent policy pursued by that kingdom."

In 860 A.D., St. Cyril defended the Gospel of Jesus Christ against attacks of Jews and Mohammedans before the chief of the Khazars at Kherson. He converted many people. His older brother, Methodius, had been a governor in the Opsikon province and later became a monk. It is then that he took part in the mission to the Khazars also.

It may rightly be said that not every Khazar became a Jew nor is every Jew a Khazar. Nevertheless, since we are not dealing here with Catholic Khazars, but with Jewish Khazars, it is important to seek traces of these people in our own times; identify them to the best of our ability; and draw the necessary and logical conclusions as to any statements attributable or attributed to them.

Note well that the Marxist historian, Dr. Antal Bartha, is also a Hungarian. We will see that from the records of the Khazar empire, the Khazars trace their origin and ancestry to Japheth, the third son of Noe. Thus, these Jewish Khazars themselves do not claim neither origin nor ancestry from Sem, the first son of Noe.

This point is very important for our present discussion because we are seeking to establish that race of people whom St. Paul refers to as that portion of Israel that will be saved before the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

Arthur Koestler states: "What is in dispute is the fate of the Jewish Khazars after the destruction of their empire, in the twelfth or thirteenth century. On this problem the sources are scant, but various late mediaeval Khazar settlements are mentioned in the Crimea, in the Ukraine, in Hungary, Poland and Lithuania.

The general picture that emerges from these fragmentary pieces of information is that of a migration of Khazar tribes and communities into those regions of Eastern Europe - mainly Russia and Poland - where, at the dawn of the Modern Age, the greatest concentrations of Jews were found."

This historical fact certainly upsets the rabbinical pretensions to themselves and their followers as being the `Chosen Race.' The Encyclopaedia Judaica contains an article signed by Professor Dunlop who approaches the matter quite gingerly - as do most historians - because truth too clearly spoken has a tendency of upsetting many people who love living in illusions. The 1973 edition of this encyclopedia carries Professor Dunlop's article `Khazars' with an editorial note in a separate section `Khazar Jews after the Fall of the Kingdom.' Arthur Koestler suggests the following reason for the cautious attitude of the editors: "written with the obvious intent to avoid upsetting believers in the dogma of the Chosen Race."

Apparently, it is not truth that really matters, but the continuation of mythical illusions that feed the ignorant that is of prime importance. Perhaps the Jew, Lenin, was thinking of his own background when he stated that "Religion is the opium of the people."

But, what do the editors of the Jewish Encyclopaedia have to say on this matter? The editors state: "The Turkish-speaking Karaites [ a fundamentalist Jewish sect] of the Crimea, Poland, and elsewhere affirm a connection with the Khazars, which is perhaps confirmed by evidence from folklore and anthropology as well as language. There seems to be a considerable amount of evidence attesting to the continued presence in Europe of descendants of the Khazars."

Observe the careful insertion of the sowing of doubt: any evidence is subjected to doubt: `perhaps confirmed' - which means equally `perhaps not.' The reason for this caution, as was mentioned, is because world Jewry perceives itself to be the ethnic descendant of the `Chosen Race' having its origin from the tribe of Juda, which in turn, originates with Sem.

The importance of these studies and research cannot be ignored by all those who have a right to their roots. The Caucasian sons of Japheth (Jewish Khazars) are not Semites but are dwelling in the tents of Sem - the countries of all those ten tribes that were seemingly `lost,' but have merely evolved through name-changes.

We white people have been called `Caucasians' in apparently `official' public documents. Whether deliberate or not, this error in specification has served to further confuse true races and their true origins. Caucasians are not what may be referred to as the `white race.' Caucasians are Khazar-Turks who have adopted, for the most part, the religion of the synagogue. Caucasians are not `white.'

Our purpose in using the familiar `color code' of classifying races is not intended to suggest any kind of `racial superiority' based merely on the fact that some people have blue eyes and others have brown eyes. Perhaps if more people learned how to think logically, the racial tensions so often used by evil -minded individuals would lose their appeal before the force of right reason.

Much evidence showing that today's `Jews' are not `Judeans' is provided by the Professor of Mediaeval Jewish History at Tel Aviv University, Professor A. N. Poliak. He published a book entitled Khazaria in 1944. A second edition followed in 1951. He states in the introduction that the facts demand "a new approach, both to the problem of the relations between the Khazar Jewry and other Jewish communities, and to the question of how far we can go in regarding this [Khazar] Jewry as the nucleus of the large Jewish settlement in Eastern Europe. The descendants of this settlement - those who stayed where they were, those who emigrated to the Untied States and to other countries, and those who went to Israel - constitute now the large majority of world Jewry."

It is a fact, then, that the large majority of Jews in the world is of Eastern European origin. This would then mean that their main source is Khazarian. Their ancestors did not come from the Jordan, but from the Volga; they did not come from Canaan, but from the Caucasus. At one time this was believed to be the cradle of the Aryan race. Thus, the mistaken appellation of `Caucasian' to whites. The term is properly applicable to modern day Khazars, Turks, Hungarians, etc. - all of whom are descendants (at best!) from Japheth and not from Sem.

The modern `Jew' is more closely related to the Hun, Uigur and Magyar tribes than to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The term "anti-Semitism" is actually without meaning because anyone who makes a statement concerning these peoples is not saying anything against descendants of Sem, but possibly against the descendants of Japheth. There is yet another alternative possibility: these people are descendants of Cham (Ham) the second son of Noe whose son, Canaan, was cursed for his father's misdeed. Cham is considered the founder of the black race. And, it must be said that there are those who argue that those people who call themselves `Jews' are actually descended from Canaan, the son of Cham and grandson of Noe.

Despite all the efforts to the hide historical truth (we witness this in the fanatical attacks upon anyone engaged in historical revisionism), it is like the light under a bushel - it is beginning to peak through! There is so much deliberate secondary bloodshed under the pretext of `ethnic cleansing,' that the true purpose of all the bloodshed is submerged and hidden.

The Khazars converted to Talmudism ("Judaism") about the year 740 AD. Prior to this, the Khazars' religion was the typical Shamanism found among all primitive tribes. However, added to their shamanistic nature worship is the ritual of human sacrifice.

The conversion of the Khazars to Talmudism was more political than religious; more in keeping with their own barbaric customs and the rigorously natural interpretation of the Old Testament of the Pharisees. Although many individual Khazars became Roman Catholics due to the missionary activities of St. Cyril, and most likely some adopted the Muslim religion, the official religion of the Khazar Kingdom became Talmudism. The reason may easily be surmised: At that time, there were two super-powers in that geographical area: the Christian West and the Muslim East. Whichever one of these two was adopted would mean, at least in the eyes of the Khazar rulers, a certain subjugation to the leaders of either group. Thus, the political usefulness of embracing Talmudism made the Khazar Kingdom sovereign even in the area of religion. There must certainly be more to the conversion of the Khazars to Talmudism that Koestler would prefer not to tell us. His background does not speak well for his "objectivity" which betrays his true anti-Christian bigotry. Although he is an Hungarian Khazar Communist and well-versed in the art of `word-smithing,' his book is not entirely without merit.

However, Mr. Koestler obviously overlooks the supernatural dimension when he treats of Christianity and other religions. He has relied on many authors for his information which he then interprets in the light of his own particular Weltanschauung (World-view).

One need only read attentively and critically Koestler's book to discover the not-so-subtle insinuation of his Khazar culture as being `superior' to any other. For one thing, he at least has the objectivity to explode the myth that today's "Jews" (Thus, necessarily including the present historically groundless "State of Israel") are the alleged `Chosen People' of the Bible.

Nevertheless, he appears unable to face the possibility that the descendants of the original Canaanites whom the Israelites were commanded by God to destroy to the last man are the actual `Jews' of today. If this is true - as some historians have claimed - then the `Jew' of today would not even be the offspring of Japheth, but would be the descendant of Cham who was
cursed by his father, Noe, in his son Canaan.

Such a premise is presented by Eustace Mullins in his book "The Curse of Canaan" and is amply

Whenever we deal with human history and the writers of that history, it is vital that a measured amount of caution be observed as to the veracity and precision of recorded events. On the other hand, the entire record of history need not be dismissed simply because the writer has succumbed to the human failure of subconsciously influencing his views with his own particular creed. Objectivity is a difficult goal to achieve even for some Catholics.

It would be unrealistic to think that Mr. Arthur Koestler, a Hungarian Khazar Jew and former Communist would be so angelically objective where even angels fear to tread, or, if they do tread, they tread softly.

It is unseemly that Catholics should be accused of trying to make `Catholics' out of `Jews.' This is hard to believe because, unlike those creeds who have Satan for their teacher, the Holy Ghost cannot inspire the kind of violence and force attributed to the Roman Catholic Church.

Conclusion: It is a common error to promote the idea that those who style themselves as `Jews' are the descendants of the original twelve tribes of Israel. Since they are not the `Israelites' of whom St. Paul speaks in his Epistle to the Romans where he says: "I say then: Has God cast off his people? By no means! For I also am an Israelite of the posterity of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God has not cast off his people whom he foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says in the account of Elias, how he lodges complaint with God against Israel? Lord, they have slain thy prophets, they have razed thy altars and I only am left, and they are seeking my life. But what does the divine answer say to him? I have left for myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed their knees to Baal. Even so, then, at the present time there is a remnant left, selected out of grace. And if out of grace, then not in virtue of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace." (Romans 11,1-6).

From among the many sons of Israel through the original tribes that have abandoned the Roman Catholic Faith through Modernism and its atheistic consequences, a remnant will be saved.

St. Paul is not speaking of the adherents of the Anti-Christ religion of Judaeo-Freemasonry in whatever form it may take - Orthodoxy or Liberal. St. Paul is speaking of those Roman Catholics who have abandoned the true faith during this Great Apostasy and who, through His graceful mercy will call them back to the true faith.

Truly, the words of St. Paul apply to all those Roman Catholics who have abandoned the faith to embrace Modernism or any fundamentalist sect instead of seeking out the one whom God has appointed to succeed the Apostles in the episcopacy: "What then? What Israel was seeking after, that it has not obtained; but the chosen have obtained it, and the rest have been blinded, as it is written, God has given them a spirit of stupor until this present day, eyes that they may not see, and ears that they may not hear." (Ibid. 11, 78).

Those who have embraced the Egyptian Talmudism of the Babylonian Captivity are the Pharisees of our present day. They follow in the traditions of their ancestors and are the first organized anti-Christs who have fomented all the Protestant sects that stand opposed to the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ. They are that gathering of Satan whom St. John calls the "Synagogue of Satan" who worship the Father of Lies.

St. Paul, speaking in the Holy Spirit, cannot be mistaken. Therefore, he cannot contradict what Jesus Himself has often said of those false Judeans and Israelites `Who would not taste of His supper."

Only a "partial blindness" has befallen all those who have left the true Church, the Roman Catholic Church. That is, all those once Catholic countries of Europe that were responsible for the spread of the Catholic faith throughout the world. The true Israelites are those tribes of what is today known as `Europe' where the Kingship of Jesus Christ was once gloriously recognized and today is rejected.

Roman Catholics are the `Children of Promise.' If we would look under `Israelite' in the Catholic Biblical Encyclopedia, we would find: "This is an honorary title used for one of the race of Israel or a descendant of Jacob. It also implies a faithful worshipper of God and heir to the Messianic promises."

Hundreds of years of deliberate confusion has obscured the true nature of things and events to the point that the followers
of Antichrist are mistaken for the followers of Christ; the followers of Jesus Christ are mistaken for the followers of Lucifer and his devils. There was a time when the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ clearly discerned light from darkness under the influence of Her true Vicars of Jesus Christ.

Since the death of Her last true Vicar, Pope Pius XII, only mounting confusion and successive victories for the Antichrists have increased. The `Woman' has fled into the desert to that place prepared for Her - the Church is the Bride of Jesus Christ with Whom Jesus has become one in a Mystical Union.

Perhaps the words of St. Peter would be appropriate to serve as a better sign of our times: "This, beloved, is now the second epistle that I am writing to you wherein I stir up your pure mind to remembrance, that you may be mindful of what I formerly preached of the words of the holy prophets and of your apostles, which are the precepts of the Lord and Savior. This first you must know, that in the last days there will come deceitful scoffers, men walking according to their own lusts, saying, "Where is the promise or his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation." For of this they are willfully ignorant, that there were heavens long ago, and an earth formed out of water and by water through the word of God. By these means the world that then was, deluged with water, perished. But the heavens that now are, and the earth, by that same word have been stored up, being reserved for fire against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

But, beloved, do not be ignorant of this one thing, that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord does not delay in his promises, but for your sake is long-suffering, not wishing that any should perish but that all should turn to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief; at that time the heavens will pass away with great violence, and the elements will be dissolved with heat, and the earth, and the works that are in it, will be burned up. Seeing therefore that all these things are to be dissolved, what manner of men ought you to be in holy and pious behavior, you who await and hasten towards the coming of the day of God, by which the heavens, being on fire, will be dissolved and the elements will melt away by reason of the heat of the fire. But we look for new heavens and a new earth, according to his promises, wherein dwells justice." (2 St. Peter 3,1-13).

St. Peter reminds us also of those false teachers who distort the Scriptures: "Therefore, beloved, while you look for these things, endeavor to be found by him without spot and blameless, in peace. And regard the long-suffering of our Lord as salvation. Just as our most dear brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given him, has written to you, as indeed he did in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things. In these epistles there are certain things difficult to understand, which the unlearned and unstable distort, just as they do the rest of the Scriptures also, to their own destruction.

You, therefore, brethren, since you know this beforehand, be on your guard lest, carried away by the error of the foolish, you fall away from your own steadfastness. But grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen." Ibid. 11,14-18).

Truly, many have ignored these words of warning given us by St. Peter for our own protection. Many priests and laity have been "carried away by the error of the foolish" and have fallen away from their own steadfastness. Christ's long-suffering ought not be taken for indifference, but as a sign of His merciful effort to have the erring return to the way of salvation which is in His Name alone!
